How can I track my order?

Once your order is approved we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You may check the current status of your order at any time by going to our Order Status page and logging in using your email address and the password provided in the order confirmation email.

What does “order pending” mean?

When you place an order, it is in pending mode until the payment for the order has been received and approved. Once the order proceeds from “pending” to “approved” (confirmed) we ship it. We recommend calling customer service if your order remains in pending status.

What information will appear on the package?

To maintain the utmost discretion and confidentiality, your package will only show your shipping address and the return address.

Do you have a refund policy?

Yes. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a full refund up to 30 days after placing an order. Please note that refunds are credited to the original credit/debit card used to place the order.

When will my order arrive?

Delivery time varies depending on the shipping type you selected for your order. If you’re not sure which shipping type applies to your order, contact us and we'll let you know.

I haven’t received my order. What now?

In the event that you do not receive your order, we will be happy to reship it for free. If you prefer, we could issue you a refund instead.
